Izuki Hayato is a well known gang affiliate who runs the east side of his city. Izuki also goes by Tiger Blossom as he has a cherry blossom tattoo on his back that goes just up to his neck. From a very young life, he'd been trained to become a loyal leader that could have the right mind set to lead people under him. Izuki is actually rather patient and eerily calm no matter the situation and it usually tends to piss people off or freak them out. He's actually a surprisingly caring man who's devoted to those who work under him. If any harm comes their way, he'll be sure to find who ever hurt them and return the favor.
